Performing a Restart and Log-on

Most common issues can be resolved simply by restarting your EFTPOS terminal. We recommend doing this whenever you face any issues with the terminal.

To restart the terminal, press and hold the power button until it restarts. Then press Alpha and 1 to log on to the payment network.
