Our Teams

Our Engineering and IT teams utilise their extensive experience within their fields to support and improve the infrastructure at Smartpay. The team consists of engineers, architects, developers and beyond.

Smartpay’s Operations team allows for smooth operation across many different teams within the company. They ensure that our merchants receive their products in a timely manner so that they can hit the ground running and that they are set up correctly for success. Within the Operations division, we have the Service Delivery, Project Management and Warehouse Management teams just to name a few.

At Smartpay, excellent customer service is at the forefront of everything we do. The purpose of our Merchant Assist and Contact Centre teams is to be the central hub and contact point for our merchants, answering and resolving any queries they may have.

Smartpay’s People & Performance function is accountable for all Human Resource operations. They are responsible for coaching and supporting individuals/teams within our business while sourcing and implementing new programs and initiatives to ensure Smartpay is a great place to work with a welcoming and inclusive environment.

The Sales department at Smartpay are experienced Sales Executives who work with the client from beginning to end. The core purpose of this team is to sign up new clients after educating them on the way in which Smartpay helps small to medium sized businesses save money on their EFTPOS fees. Our Sales Executives are professional, approachable and knowledgeable in their field of work.

The Marketing team like all other teams are central to our business success. The team is tasked with building brand awareness, promoting Smartpay’s EFTPOS solutions through various marketing campaigns as well as engaging and educating our customers on key industry trends to assist in managing their business for success.

The Finance team is an integral partner to the rest of the business. The teams work closely with all other departments to align financial goals and ensure financial information is accurate and consistent. The team consists of experts within their field, from accounts payable/receivable, payroll, accountants and more.
