- Applies only if referrals are provided using the referral form on this page.
- Applies only if the referred customer signs up on a new minimum 24-month contract.
- The referred customer must not be an existing Smartpay customer.
- Excludes change of ownership referrals and new site openings.
- Referrals through this program can only be made by active Smartpay customers. If you’re not yet a customer, click here to get started.
- This reward amount is $100 per referral. Smartpay reserves the right to alter the referral bonus amount at its discretion at any time.
- If the winner cannot be contacted within 48 hours, this will be treated as a forfeiture.
Introducing the Smartpay Ambassador Draw
To make things sweeter, we are rolling out an additional, exciting reward during this double referral period.
A successful referral puts you in the running for our Smartpay Ambassador Draw, with a lucky $1,000 winner drawn at the end of March. This means more chances to win, and every successful referral until 31 March 2025 equals an entry into the draw.

- To enter the draw, you must be an existing and transacting Smartpay merchant.
- One entry into the $1,000 draw will be given to the referrer for every successful referral made.
- There is only one (1) prize winner in the Smartpay Ambassador Draw.
- The standard $1,000 prize will be drawn during the first week of April 2025. If the winner cannot be contacted within 48 hours, this will be treated as a forfeiture, and a redraw will occur.
- The winner will be contacted via phone and/or email and will be announced in Smartpay’s quarterly newsletter and/or any refer-a-friend communications.
- By entering the draw, the Winner/s will agree to answer our Q+As about the win and be featured on the Smartpay website. Failure to do so will amount to a forfeiture of the $1,000 prize, and a redraw will occur.
- If your Smartpay merchant facility is cancelled during the month or due to a breach of the Smartpay T&Cs, you will not be eligible to enter the draw.
