One bank was very difficult to work with and without Nathan it would have been too late for the event we were holding. Highly recommended to minimise the stress.

Our Rotary Club needed an EFTPOS machine in a hurry, so we contacted Smart Pay. Being elderly, we imagined this would be a daunting task, but it was anything but. Maja, at Smart Pay, realizing not everyone is confident completing and signing on line documents, sent us a printable copy, which made the process very simple. Maja was patient with us oldies, treating us with the utmost respect and consideration. She was friendly, and a pleasure to deal with. Now we are off selling our high end Xmas puddings, so a nice cash injection for our many charities coming up, thanks to Smart Pay !

He listened to my needs, was patient and understanding, extremely knowledgeable and super supportive, checking in regularly to ensure all was ok ...even helping out with what was needed from my bank. The customer service support team are also fab ...a wee wait sometimes on the phone, but always able to talk me through what's needed to get any issues resolved or any questions answered.
