The referred merchant must not be an existing Smartpay customer.

The referred merchant must transact and process adequate transactions within the first month of signing up with Smartpay.
The referring and referred merchants must have different NZBN. Change of ownerships and new site openings are excluded.
The $200 reward is per merchant (not per site) and will be provided after a month of the referred joining with an acceptable volume of transactions.
The referral bonus will be deposited into the merchant bank account listed with Smartpay.
Smartpay reserves the right to alter the referral bonus amount at its discretion at any time.
