Contactless transaction declines

What should I do if a contactless transaction is declined?

Your customer may have disabled the contactless function on their card via their bank. If the customer has enabled contactless and the transaction still declines, you can ask the customer to insert the card into the terminal.

If your terminal is experiencing problems with only contactless transactions, please give our technical support team a call on 0800 476 278. In the instance the equipment is faulty, we will send you out a replacement terminal free of charge.
