Navigating Your Way Around the Business Hub

Now that you’ve logged into the Smartpay Business Hub, we want to make sure you have all you need to get up and running. Here are the essentials you need to know:

Transactions

Under the Merchant Board is the transaction search. This allows you to view and download your transactions as they happen in real-time for all purchases, refunds, cash withdrawals, surcharges, tipping and reversals.

You can also see some key stats to help you with your business: Running Total; Number of Transactions; Total Refunds; and Busiest Trading Day. These are all designed to give you a quick snapshot.

Settlements

The settlements board allows you to view your daily settlements so that you know exactly what transactions are being paid into your bank account. 

This will help you identify transactions that have been held back to be further investigated. This will explain why your total transactions may differ from the settlement amount that has been deposited into your bank account. 

Currently a Worldline Insights User?

If you use Worldline (formerly Paymark) Insights, make sure you export your transactional data before closing your Worldline account. We recommend you export all your data from your last reconciliation as this can not be downloaded once your account is closed. 

What happens to the Business Hub if my business changes ownership?

We recommend you export any data you need for any reconciliation and accounting purposes as soon as possible, as once we process the change of ownership at our end your access will be revoked. We will arrange a new login to the Business Hub with the new business owner(s).
