Where to find your details:

Your user email is the email you provided to us when you first signed up. If you are trying to log in for the first time and your link to sign in to the Business Hub has expired, you will be asked if you want to resend your link. This will resend a new link to your email address. 

This link is valid for 7 days. Your new password must be a minimum of 8 characters, and must include one of the following: a lowercase letter, an uppercase letter, a number and a special character.
