If you wish to return a terminal (replacement or cancellation) please
1. Call our Contact Centre, on 0800 476 278 and request a Return Courier Label (RCL).
1a. If it is a replacement terminal, you should have an RCL in the box. Use this one.
2. An RCL should take a day or 2 to arrive.
3. Please put the terminal in the original box, or a similar one to keep it protected (any damage will be your accountability).
4. Put the box in the RCL and courier this back to our office address.
