Now that you’ve logged into the Smartpay Hub, we want to make sure you have all you need to get up and running. Here are the essentials you need to know:
Transaction Search
The Advanced Transaction search allows you to dive deep into your transactions in real time. You can see all the details related to a transaction, such as the payment status, whether there was a surcharge or tip, and a copy of the receipt. This information can all be exported to a CSV, making it easier to reconcile with accounting software.
Settlement Search
Similar to the Advanced Transaction search, the Settlement search allows you to examine in more detail what has been settled (paid) into your bank account, what transactions are under investigation, and what fees have already been paid.
Currently a Worldline Insights User?
If you use Worldline (formerly Paymark) Insights, make sure you export your transactional data before closing your Worldline account. We recommend you export all your data from your last reconciliation as this can not be downloaded once your account is closed.
