Hardware Repair & Parts

A minimum fee of $100 per unit is charged for;

  • Providing a quote for repair.

  • Providing a Short Term Rental unit if required whilst the repair is being undertaken.

  • Software Loading and Key Loading units.

  • Courier costs.

  • All repairs will be completed within 72 hours of acceptance of quote. Allow extra time for courier delivery.

  • Prices exclude GST

Software Updates
A minimum fee of $200 plus GST per unit is charged to update payment application software to the latest version.

The terminal may be required to be returned to Smartpay in order to be updated. If this is the case, you will be advised with your quote.
