The Multi-merchant app is perfect for businesses that require multiple merchant access to just the one EFTPOS terminal. This application lets merchants leverage their resources and save money by reducing banks fees and hardware rental costs.

This is also ideal for small businesses or sole traders that manage or own multiple businesses with different bank accounts. No longer do merchants need to keep track off multiple EFTPOS terminals, additional bookkeeping, costs and fees.

How to get set up with Multi-merchant

All Smartpay terminals have the multi-merchant feature available with the ability to load 8 merchant accounts on them. 

You need to call us to provide the details of the individual merchant numbers that would be sharing this EFTPOS terminal and we will load them up for you.

From signing up and making sure we knew what our next step was and ETA's - we were communicated with from the JUMP.
