Exemplary customer service from Smartpay and Nathan. I've used Smartpay for first time short-term hires for 2 different NFP's banking at 2 different banks. One bank was very difficult to work with and without Nathan it would have been too late for the event we were holding. Highly recommended to minimise the stress.

Our Rotary Club needed an EFTPOS machine in a hurry, so we contacted Smart Pay. Being elderly, we imagined this would be a daunting task, but it was anything but. Maja, at Smart Pay, realizing not everyone is confident completing and signing on line documents, sent us a printable copy, which made the process very simple. Maja was patient with us oldies, treating us with the utmost respect and consideration. She was friendly, and a pleasure to deal with.
