Contactless Or Credit Symbol Not Showing

If contactless and credit cards are enabled with your bank but the “Contactless” or “Credit” symbols do not appear on the EFTPOS terminal screen, you can resolve this by doing a manual log-on. helps to reset the connection to the payment network (Worldline). 

Press the <Alpha>  key followed by the 1 key to perform the log-on.

If the options are still not showing, call our helpdesk, and we can check what services the bank has enabled.
