Making your life simple
For customers who purchase a terminal from us, we will provide phone based support for the life of the terminal. If the terminal fails in the first 12 months, it is covered by our 12 month warranty. If the terminal fails outside of the 12 months and needs repairing, then we can organise a stand in terminal while yours is out of action and being repaired.*
Want to have a go yourself? Try taking the power cord out of the terminal, give it 30 seconds, plug the power cord back in, then try to logon. If it accepts, you are good to go. Also, check the phone line or broadband connection that the terminal is plugged into. If the phone line is dead, or broadband is down, then it is likely that is what the problem is.
