Did you know that if you are using an integrated EFTPOS solution you can change how your terminal prints both merchant and customer receipts? Just follow the instructions below to edit your terminal printer settings.
Please note that if you are using a S80, S90 or D210 you will need to call us to change your receipt printing settings.
Merchant Receipt
From the idle screen:
- Select Menu (or FUNC)
- Select Quick Access.
- Select Receipts.
- Select Merchant Receipt.
- Enter the last 4 digits of the terminals serial number.
- Press the clear button to change between the desired options. (Enabled/Disabled)
- Press enter to save the desired option. (either Enabled or Disabled)
Customer Receipt
From the idle screen:
- Select Menu (or FUNC)
- Select Quick Access.
- Select Receipts.
- Select Customer Receipt.
- Press the clear button to change between the desired options. (Enabled/Promp/Disabled)
- Press enter to save the desired option. (either Enabled, Prompt or Disabled)
